All Services Appraisal is a mother-daughter team who are proud to serve the greater Wapakoneta area. With hard work, honesty, integrity and trust at the core values of their business, All Services Appraisal guarantees a fast and easy appraisal process.
Kellie has been part of the real estate and appraisal business for the last 25 years, having joined her in-laws in their real estate appraisal company in 1999. Around 16 years ago, Kellie received her license in residential appraisal and hasn’t looked back since. Her favorite part of her job is helping clients and learning about the real estate industry. Together with her husband and family, Kellie farms and raises Angus cattle. She is the president of the Ohio Angus Auxiliary. Kellie attributes her farming background as a major influence on her work ethic and values.

Kerrie grew up in the appraisal industry, having watched her mom and grandparents serve the local community. Kerrie’s worked her way up, having started in the office while still a teenager. While studying for her Bachelor’s Degree, Kerrie was also learning about appraisals from her grandma. Kerrie has been certified residential appraiser now for six years. Her favorite part is the challenge of valuing different types of properties. Kerrie is a mom to three little ones and is involved in the cattle industry as the treasurer of the Ohio Angus Auxiliary.
